The California Historical Radio Society SWAP MEET!

Are you a vintage radio enthusiast? Looking for some rare broadcast equipment or parts? Then don’t miss out on our quarterly swap meet happening this weekend. The California Historical Radio Society (CHRS) welcomes both members and non-members to participate in this exciting event.

Sellers are welcome to start setting up around 8:00am, but no deals or sales will be allowed until 9:00am. No exceptions. So make sure to arrive early and get your hands on those rare finds before anyone else. This is the perfect opportunity for newbies to join in and expand their collection.

Vintage radio, broadcast, parts, TV, hi fi, stereo, and even records are all welcomed at the swap meet. CHRS members and first timers can sell for free, while non-member sellers can still participate with a $20 donation or they can join as a member ($40) and sell all year long. Membership has many advantages such as mentoring, education, and workshop time – just ask one of our friendly members for more details.

Tailgate or tables – whichever you prefer for displaying your items. And if you need a table, we have a few available so just ask if you’d like one.

BULLETIN: We are excited to announce that we will be thinning out our museum’s project collection in the coming months. So keep an eye out for some great unrestored project pieces as well as serviced and ready-to-use items coming up for sale at future swap meets!

The CHRS SWAP MEET will take place 9 AM-11 AM, located at RADIO Contact Us CENTRAL (210) 860-1670 2152 CENTRAL AVE in APRIL ALAMEDA, CA 94501.
