Welcome to our weekly Subtle Body Healing Circle, led by Brandy Benton at Sagrada Sacred Arts. We welcome all women and non-binary individuals who are seeking healing and connection with themselves and others. Our circle meets every Tuesday at 6pm and is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
The subtle body refers to the energetic system within us that affects our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and energy healing, we will work together to heal any imbalances or blockages in our subtle bodies. Donations are suggested but not required for participation.
