Fireside Potluck

Fireside Potluck lands at REAP Climate Center in Alameda on Wednesday, September 9, from 4:30 to about 8 PM.
This is a simple midweek gathering built around food, conversation, and the kind of neighborly energy that fits Alameda well. REAP’s campus on Tynan Avenue has a relaxed, outdoorsy feel, with space to wander, settle in, and talk with people who care about climate work and community life.
The listed program does not name performers, so expect the evening to center on shared cooking, casual hosts, and neighbors swapping ideas by the fire. Some food will be provided, and guests are encouraged to bring something for the table if they can.
Go if you want an easy evening that feels local and useful. You can meet people, learn a bit about the center, eat with a mixed crowd, and spend time on a campus that is doing real community work in the East Bay.
