Ask Your Area Home Experts

Home questions at Rockridge Branch Library

Friday, October 9, the Rockridge Branch of the Oakland Public Library is hosting a useful midday stop for anyone trying to sort out home plans in Oakland.

The setup is simple. From 12 pm to 2 pm, a Senior Loan Advisor and a Realtor, both local to Rockridge, will be there to answer questions. Bring the thing you have been meaning to ask about, whether it is buying, selling, maintenance, financing, investing, ADUs, downsizing, or figuring out what a move might really take.

The Rockridge Branch has that calm College Avenue library feel. Easygoing, practical, and close to neighborhood errands, coffee, and lunch. It is a good setting for a real conversation, especially if you would rather ask questions face to face than scroll through mixed advice online.

This is a nice fit for homeowners, renters thinking ahead, families helping parents plan next steps, or anyone curious about what is happening in the local housing market.
