Games and snacks at the Main Library TeenZone
Saturday, August 1, the Main TeenZone at Oakland Public Library is set up for a laid back afternoon of tabletop and video games. It runs from 12:00 to 4:00 pm, so there is room to show up, settle in, and play a few rounds.
The Main Library at 125 14th St has that downtown Oakland library feel: busy, useful, and open to everyone. The TeenZone gives teens their own corner of the building, which makes this a good fit for anyone who wants something social without needing to spend money or plan a whole day around it.
