A conversation class lands in Alameda this October
If your small talk has been feeling a little rusty, this Wednesday series at Improv Central in Alameda might be worth a look.
Connect Better: The Science of Great Conversations runs October 7 through October 28 at 7 pm, with four 90 minute sessions focused on how real conversations work. The class looks at flow, listening, and making people feel seen without turning every chat into a big production.
Improv Central is a fitting spot for this kind of thing. It is built around practice, presence, and being in the room with other people, which takes some of the pressure off. You can expect a casual Alameda setting where the work happens through exercises, partner practice, and group moments.
