If small talk makes you want to check your phone, this one might be worth a look. Connect Better runs Wednesdays from October 7 through October 28 at 7 pm at Improv Central in Alameda.

There are no stage performers listed for this one. The focus is on the people in the room, with guided practice around how conversations flow, how to listen better, and how to help others feel seen.
