Geese lands at Fox Theater on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, with an 8 pm start.
The Brooklyn band has a sharp, loose, guitar driven sound that works well in a room with some size. Their songs can feel jagged one minute and oddly tender the next, which should play nicely against the Fox’s big stage and glowing theater walls.
If you have not been to the Fox in a while, it is still one of Oakland’s best places to see a loud band. The room feels grand without feeling stiff. You get the old movie palace look, the wide floor, the balcony view, and that Telegraph Avenue energy right outside the doors.
