Bruised Banana at The Fireside Lounge
Friday, October 16 brings a compact night of band noise and Alameda bar room charm to The Fireside Lounge on Webster Street.
Doors open at 7 p.m., with music at 8 p.m. The bill includes Bruised Banana and Dinosaur Act, with Seal Party also listed on the flyer. Dinosaur Act is billed as a LOW tribute band, so expect slower tension, mood, and songs that leave some space in the room.
The Fireside is the kind of spot that works well for a show like this. It has a neighborhood feel, a close stage area, and that easy Alameda pace where you can settle in without making a whole production out of the night.
If you like smaller rooms, local bands, and sets that feel close enough to catch the rough edges, this is a good one to put on the calendar. Grab a drink, find a spot near the sound, and let the night build from there.
