Breema: The Art of Being Present – Breema Workshop
August 8, 2026 9:30 pm
Breema workshop at The Breema Center in Oakland
If your Saturday could use less noise and more attention to the moment, The Breema Center on Claremont Avenue has a full day of Breema practice lined up on August 8.
The space sits in that Rockridge and Claremont pocket where Oakland starts to feel a little calmer. Expect a grounded room, mats, quiet instruction, and a pace that lets you notice what your body is doing instead of racing through another weekend plan.
The teaching team will guide Breema bodywork, Self Breema exercises, and practical ideas from the Breema approach. The performers here are the practitioners and participants working in real time, with simple movement, touch based bodywork, and attention to being present.
You can stay for the whole day or come for one three hour session. The schedule runs 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, then 2:00 to 5:00 pm. It is a good fit if you are curious about bodywork, looking for a reset, or want a hands on practice that feels practical and human.
Cost is $110 for the day or $60 per three hour workshop. Pay by July 29 and use coupon code EARLYBIRD for 10 percent off. Pre registration is recommended, and continuing education may be available.
Where: The Breema Center, 6076 Claremont Ave, Oakland
