Being with the Body, We Are Supported – Breema Bodywork Practice and Principles for Life
July 31, 2026 9:00 am
A quiet Friday morning at The Breema Center
If your week has been full of screens, errands, and too much noise, this 9 am class in Oakland offers a slower start. The Breema Center sits on Claremont Ave with the kind of calm, simple room that makes it easy to take your shoes off, settle in, and pay attention.
The people leading the morning are Breema Center practitioners, guiding students through Breema bodywork and the Nine Principles of Harmony. The focus is on shared practice, partner work, and learning through the body in a direct, grounded way.
You do not need past experience. The class is open to all levels, so it can work for someone curious about bodywork as well as someone who already has a regular practice. Wear comfortable long pants and socks, and leave fragrances at home.
It is $20 per class. For questions or in person registration, call 510 428 0937 or email .

Navigating modern society puts us under the influence of so much information, expectation, and pressure that we rarely if ever experience ourselves as we really are. We are lucky if we get one tiny glimpse, one taste. That one taste is so powerful that it can orient us, give us guidance, direction, and desire for understanding. The practice of Breema supports us to discover, deepen, and grow essentially, directly nurturing our connection with our true nature. Join us as we discover, via the body/mind connection and Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony, how to deepen our essential connection with ourselves, each other, and with all life.
