Slow Down and Find Your Natural Rhythm – Breema Workshop
November 14, 2026 9:30 am
A quiet Saturday reset at The Breema Center
If your week has been all errands, screens, traffic, and too much coffee, this Breema workshop in Oakland offers a full day to slow the pace and pay attention to how you actually feel.
The Breema Center on Claremont Ave has the kind of calm studio feel that fits the practice. Simple, quiet, and grounded. It is tucked into a very East Bay stretch of Oakland, close enough to grab lunch nearby, but removed enough to make the day feel like a real pause.
Jon Schreiber, Roxanne Caswell, Birthe Kaarsholm, and Alexis Mulhauser will guide the session. The focus is on Breema bodywork, movement, and practical presence. You do not need to arrive with a perfect meditation routine or years of experience. The point is to listen to your body, move with more ease, and find a rhythm that feels natural instead of forced.
The workshop runs Saturday, November 14, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, then continues from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. That break in the middle gives you time to eat, walk, or just sit still for a bit.
Cost is $110 for the day, or $99 if paid by November 4.
Find it at The Breema Center, 6076 Claremont Ave, Oakland. A good pick for anyone looking for a quieter kind of Saturday in the East Bay.
