Breema: The Art of Being Present – Breema Workshop

If your Saturday could use a little more quiet and a little less noise, The Breema Center has a full day of practice planned on November 14, 2026, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.

The space on Claremont Avenue has a calm, neighborhood feel, tucked near the Oakland and Berkeley line. It is the kind of room where people take their shoes off, slow down, and pay attention to how they move and breathe.

The day is led by Breema practitioners and teachers, with hands on bodywork principles and Self Breema exercises meant to help people be more present in daily life. No stage, no big production. Just guided practice, simple movement, and time to notice what is going on in your own body.

This could be a good fit if you are curious about bodywork, meditation, stress relief, or continuing education in the healing arts. You can attend the full day or a 3 hour workshop, depending on your schedule.

Cost is listed at $110 for the day, or $60 for a 3 hour session, with an early discount available if paid by July 29 using the code EARLYBIRD.
