Balance Your Nervous System with Breema
August 15, 2026 10:00 am
Saturday morning reset at The Breema Center
On August 15, The Breema Center on Claremont Avenue is hosting a 10 am to 1 pm workshop focused on calming the nervous system through Breema.
This is the kind of Oakland event that feels quiet in the best way. The venue has a steady, grounded atmosphere, tucked into the Rockridge and Temescal side of town where a morning class can still leave you time for coffee, lunch, or a slow walk afterward.
The session is led by Breema Center practitioners, with guided exercises and simple partner bodywork meant to help people feel more present in their bodies. You do not need past experience. If you have done Breema before, the workshop is also set up to offer fresh material and a deeper way to practice.
People may want to go if they are feeling wired, tired, scattered, or just curious about a body based approach to balance. It is a 3 hour window to slow down, notice what is going on, and learn tools you can carry into regular life.
The workshop takes place at The Breema Center, 6076 Claremont Ave, Oakland. More details are listed on the event page.
