Bead Inspirations Upcoming Jewelry Making Classes

Jewelry classes are lining up on Park Street in Alameda
Bead Inspirations has a nice kind of calm to it. Shelves of beads, wire, tools, and little bits of color make it easy to slow down and make something with your hands for a while.
From Oct. 11 through Nov. 14, the shop has several jewelry making classes on the calendar. The lineup covers basics like stringing necklaces and bracelets, making earrings, shaping wire, knotting between beads, and learning wire wrapping. There is also a Halloween pumpkin craft class on Oct. 25 for a seasonal change of pace.
The instructors guide you through the tools and steps, then leave room for your own choices. That is the fun part. You can come in with no big plan, pick materials from the shop, and leave with something that feels like yours.
This is a good fit if you have been meaning to try a new craft, make a gift, or fix that bracelet idea that has been sitting in your head for months. It also works for people who already make jewelry but want cleaner loops, better knots, or a little more confidence with wire.
